i just reveived my x300m device today, did the full registration and downloaded the software program. the first car i tried it on was a pontiac g5 2007 and when i put the new mileage on it says ‘breakdown communication’..i also noticed in the dash screen a little yellow car with a lock on it which i think it’s maybe a security to not being able to get into the car computer……i need info please, don’t know if i did something wrong or if it just doesn;t work for that type of car put the pontiac g5 is in the list for mileage adjustment so whats wrong?

You should contact your dealer/seller. I think this is crap tool and not doing what saying. As i said, failed in my tiguan 2014, failed in your 2007 pontiac and these cars are in supported list. Check after dgp 3 if it has support for you car, and is 50 quid only.

what witness you want when video saying everything. The car is tiguan 2014 and is stated in support list, look at the video...are shit things what they saying. Is true, i've done also jetta 2012 and is fine, but for 2012 car i can easily do with dgp3 where costing 50 quid only not as this one 250 quid.
