This is my favorite topic. As learning Igbo, I became aware of how English dumbeed us and made us scientifically incompetent and distant from nature.

I would also like to say the same or something similar to most countries with French colonial history. Like for instance in Haiti, French and Haitian Creole are the two official languages but French is only used for official legal documentation. Everything else in Haiti is in Haitian Creole(Ayisyen Kreyòl). Wild....

I have learned many languages, in hopes to hear my ancestors tone; except African because there aren't any programs or classes here to learn. So, I listen to African music until I can travel there. I hope soon.

Obenfo whats up my morehouse brother 👊🏾 What would you say to following Criticism: Ghana's central bank (Bank of Ghana) serves Western interests rather than those of Ghanaians? Some argue that IMF and World Bank policies have too much influence on Ghana's monetary policy? Critics point to high interest rates and strict inflation targeting as potentially hampering economic growth? Ghana's natural resources benefit foreign companies more than Ghanaians? Arguments that mining and oil contracts favor international companies? Some argue that Ghana doesn't receive fair prices for its exports due to global market structures and unfavorable trade agreements becauseof top level corruption?
