Dear Sir, You being active for the benefit for the students, it's a request to you to make a revision video for miscellaneous chapters of CA Final Law because we as a student focus more on directors and some others chapters but due which we do not give time on other chapters so, a proper and complete revision video for other chapters in a crisp manner will help us to perform better in this paper. Sir, what about an individual who is a manager but not a director of the company.. Will he get any compensation if his services get terminated before the completion of his services..?? Isn't it contradictory..?

such compensation is "allowed to be paid" by the company under section 202 to the manager also if the company wants to pay or has made an agreement to pay.

@@gauravpachori7379 but sir has specifically said that the manager needs to be the director also simultaneously.. It is also evident from reading of the provisions of the section because the word used everywhere is "director" only.. Will it not be unjustified with the manager who is only employee of the company and gets removed before his tenure gets completed and doesn't get any compensation under this act..? As per my view.. the manager who is employee only may get compensation on the basis of the terms of his employment contract with the company.. The formula for calculating the amount of compensation under this section shall not apply then.. Am I right..??
