We were missing our top 3 recievers, half our o line, half our d line, and Jaire Alexander and beat the 7-0 cardinals only undefeated team left. My faith was through the roof after this game we should've went all the way😞

I watched this at a work party at a bar in Franklin and the whole place erupted when Rasul Douglas made that interception. It was a mixture of cheering and sustained 'Whoa!' sound. And watching that play again, I still can't believe it. All AJ Green had to do was turn around and look for the ball. Best case scenario, touchdown and a knife in the heart to the Packers. Worst case scenario, he doesn't catch it but they still have time left for one more play before they can try the field goal. Instead, a long time All-Pro receiver comes off looking like a sap. And to think, Douglas was only signed off the Cardinals' practice sqaud because Jaire Alexander and Kevin King were out with injuries. We all probably thought he was a journeyman player but instead turned out to be a diamond in the rough.

I'm a Packer fan but when a game comes down to the last 15 seconds, it's 24-21, and a pick decides the win... that is an sign that both teams played extremely well.

It only got the far because the refs were helping the Cards. TD erroneously. Granting the Cards a 1st down despite clearly being short and penalties not called on the last drive.

Quick question, how come games between the Packers and Cardinals are from an unbiased perspective really good when one should crush the other

Hate to bother you on this one but a good game to look at would be the 1996 Divisional Round before we played the Panthers in NFC Championship

How everything all unfolded in the concluding moments of this game was a classic example of the referees terrible officiating job and blatant favoritism to the home team Cardinals coming back to bite them in the ass lmao

Our skill players do this since Lafluer came to Town and Alot with McCarthy and Sherman .. bailing Them out of play call blunders on both sides of the ball . Douglass plays spoiler To the cards Here. The Cardinals came into this game invincible after winning their first seven games. After this game, they were exposed as frauds and won four games the rest of the year and won only four games the next season.

After watching the replay on that pick multiple times, it's evident AJ Green purposely didn't turn around and pretended to be confused. How is it he didn't turn around but his defender did. AJ Green purposely allowed that. How can anyone run a route and not turn around to look for the ball? Even if the play wasn't designed for him, your taught to still look for the ball just in case you become the read that makes more sense. That was very suspect by AJ Green. And any coach who re-watch the tape will see it. He should be ashamed of himself.
@chriskay1449 Жыл бұрын
Never should have3 coem down to the end. Refs were beyond terrible doing eveyrthing in their power to help the Cards. Jones TD should not have been overturned. Holding in front of the ref not calljed on the last drive. Replay ref should have been fired.
