Very heart worming, I am dairy farmer from Tanzania. I do still learning on various aspects in beaf cattle.I carry on the word that "we do complicate simple things on the name of silage" I got educated today!!

I think as Zimbabweans we turn to focus on the past, every body talks about how we used to export to the EU blablabla but guys that is in the past can’t we look for another market outside Europe? Those guys have noticed that it is very difficult and expensive to farm with their animals and are now turning to African genetics. My question is are we going to manage to produce cost effectively with the European genetics at commercial level?

Whats the average weight of Simmental and Simbra . Are they bigger than brahman?

They're not bigger than Brahman Simmental cows average a 900kg weight whereas the Brahman counterpart averages a 1000 +/- weight
