Guruji, My second elder sister is 58 years now She started sleeping in the afternoon daily at the age of 18,after completing her PUC She wake up morning at 8.30am She takes her coffee by 9.15am and breakfast by 11am, she will be busy in watching TV serial, chatting with the tenants, by 1.15pm Or 1.30pm she sleep in the afternoon by closing her room door and window. Any time in the dark room Exactly by 5.30pm evening she come out of her room, wash her face and coffee and little breakfast by 6pm and starts to watch TV By 8.30pm she will have her dinner, brush her teeth and sleep by 9.15pm, next day morning as usual she wake up at 8.30am Anytime she will be sitting, no walk, no exercise etc etc She is doing good without any disease
