In nightbringer and with a bunch of the cards that take place in the past when they first fell, there's a ton of moments where Mammon handles all his younger brother's emotional burden while Lucifer tries to build them a stable standing. Additionally, even lucifer admits that Mammon often protects the younger ones. in one of the cards or maybe It was nrightbinger, i don't remember, Mammon tells lucifer, "Dont yell at them. Just yell at me,"
