The original definitely felt a lot more rushed, based on the cutscene footage from this video, the newer one feels much more fleshed out and detailed, especially with how much nicer Kamino looks due to the advances in technology.

In terms of graphics and more detail to the story, I'd say Skywalker Saga. But Complete Saga lets you fight Jango on the landing platform multiple times, while you can only do it once in Skywalker Saga. Same with the fight between Finn and FN-2199.

Fair enough, though it's a more accurate design for the film, and even the Ben Kenobi figure from 2014 did have the same printed robe detail as it was more accurate, as well!
