It's Amala it is very good. You did a good job but you will enjoy it better with the right stew which is ewdu and the nigerian red stew combo. Plus when you make the fufu it should not be to Stiff. It should be soft with a little firmness and it's best eaten when it very hot. I promise you will definitely enjoy it. You can even try okra stew. You will like it better. But remember best eaten when it's freshly prepared pipping hot.
