@@yokerecords803 I think it's their worst record ever. Disastrous production (especially the guitars sound like shit) and bad songwriting all around. Of all the "legendary" death metal bands, Obituary is by far the most overrated. Granted, "Slowly We Rot" and "Cause of Death" were amazing, and the self-titled record from 2017 was surprisingly good and kicked my little butt, but I still get the impression, that if you threw every single song they've ever written on a big pile, about 80% or so of them would be mediocre or worse...

@@Peroy1 Interesting take Peroy. No question their 2 best are Cause Of Death and Slowly We Rot. Personally, I definitely enjoyed the last 2 a lot. Played them constantly. This new one I have also liked a lot. But I definitely respect your opinion and will take your points during my next listen. Stay well.
