Yes! Loved Skill trying different stuff. And the turbo... adding 4 km/h to the 58 you can't get up to anyway doesn't help, only the extra power matters. Much better to improve the gun.

first battle was on hard terrain, while second battle was on medium terrain so turbo charger didn't seem to be much of a difference, but remember the difference in groud resistance on both maps.

Still not convinced rotation mechanism is a great replacement for stabs. At least not for tanks tier9 and lower as the base dispersion values are effected a lot more with stabs then with rotation mechanism. And the added rotation speed is often not really much of a thing given that meds usually rotate quite nicely. As a poor man's stabs on tanks that can't fit stabs it seems amazing however.

idk if you will see this since it is old video but i just got this tank and would love to see another video with the new field modifications, Im using the ones from index but changed my equipment to stabs, turbo, and vents. I still have full view range too. excellent tank so far and the extra reload time doesnt matter much since you still out dpm most tanks at tier 8, give it a try!

@@tamasberki7758 chill bro. My only premium tank is type59. As it was new it was a beast. But against tanks like this it sucks a massive PP. It has 190pen 6.5sec rld with bounty equipment for 250 alpha. No spaced armor on its sides. Compare it to older prem tanks and its very very good

The best build for me on this tank is Stabalizer, turbo charger, optic. I believe the gun rammer is completely unnecessary because once you fire will hide to reload and that's it, that extra second of reload without rammer is not a problem. Also there is definitely a noticeable difference in speed if you are not using turbo charger, when I'm driving beside another 274a I'm much faster than him probably because most people don't use turbo charger.

Hi Skill! I'm not entirely sure if you're aware, but in World of Tanks each tank has a gearbox ratio, just like in cars. Those stats are hidden, but that's why some tanks are way slower in battle than they should be on paper. For those tanks, TurboCharger doesn't work at all... Like AMX 40, SU-130PM and this 274a shitter.

The heavy tank gun handling without heavy tank armour and without good mobility kills this in my opinion. All in all, it is a Russian tank so "if gun treats you like kaku, just shout RUSSIA louder"

This is a nice tank for me! I suck playing low armored mediums very much that have great mobility because every time i try to advance to a early game position i get banged. With this tank you have more time to plan the battles yourself. It reminds me at T-54 with T-10 mobility (Tier 8,5 tank)

the 274a seems to have terrible ground resistance.it goes the same with the cs 53, terrible ground reistance but once youre on a hard surface it flies

i removed turbo, and i felt it, used two stabilizers, gunhandling is okay ish, but your speed, i need to have turbo , even to get into heavy flank easier. i never really play this tank on distance, always brawling, incredible turret. very amazing sidescreep powers, and gun hits hard. 221standards pen, i dont need spam gold often, and tank i couldnt pen, i dont even bother.

Its a medium tank with TD penetration, good turret armor, drives like a t34 and has the gun handling of an is-5 before they buffed it . Honestly i don't find its worth the 32.13 € that Wargaming is asking for it. Now if you are willing to put some serious bonds and sliver into the tank it can be good, it will just take some time.

In my opinion this tank should be used with doube vstabs + rammer bcs its accurate as a KV-2 while mooving the turret or the hull. Also bcs of the great DPM ppl could actualy replace rammer for vents. EDIT: Also in my opinion using rotation mechanism alone on tanks which can use vertical stabilizer its not the wisest thing to do bcs its simply worse on most of the tanks using IRM alone is only good for tanks which cant use vertical stabilizer.

Turbo, Stabilizer, Vents. People are so brainwashed into using rammer 100% of the time that they're willing to handicap the vehicle. It ALREADY has good DPM.

Bought it early and I've gotta say... great tank. Great tank. Its gun handling SUCKS so I urge you to even take Vertical stabilizers. And do not be fooled, you won't hit any weakpoints (i.e. lower plates) from any distance. All gotta be point blank. But the DPM is nice, the gun depression is 100% viable, and with right play the armor holds up.

Gun handling is bad even with stabilizer and it's atrocious without stabilizer. I would run stabilizer, gun rammer, and vents, as long as I have a good crew with BIA and situational awareness to help extend my view range.
