I don't know if you're joking, but I unironically prefer Oblivion npcs. At least they feel more alive than Skyrim robots that constantly repeat their lines. Nazeem is the best example, acting as he never met you and never acknowledging who you are no matter how famous you are. And I also hate that they turned guards into some sort of tavernsfolk that will just tell you some random rumors. I loved that in Oblivion you could ask guards about places in cities. Very fitting and saves your time from running around looking for local shop

Like I replied in another thread. Gromm is fine as in he seems to have a hobby. He chased an innocent person around in Olav's my last play through and kill them for no reason. Left the victim draped over his table as he sat down and drank himself silly. Another play through he attacked somebody else but chase them out into the street where the guards took care of him quickly.

I played Oblivion after Skyrim and it's just so incredibly charming in its own way. Skyrim will always have a place in my heart, but Oblivion... it's so lively and colorful and hilarious, and the people and the dialogue are just so much more in depth and interesting. You actually get uncomfortable at some of the NPCs, or you feel attached to them much more (cough cough Lucien Lachance cough cough). I loved Oblivion for that. And it's DLC (mainly the Shivering Isles) was absolutely brilliant.

Horrible quests, guilds were crap, looks of characters were boring like cast by a Hollywood movie where everyone has to be handsome or beautiful (gag me), no interesting NPCs, no interesting dialog. Skyrim was just Vikingland Theme Park in the end. Major fail after the brilliance of Oblivion. (And the Adoring Fan became Cicero 200 years later and even says that so he wasn't even a true original Skyrim character but had to be ported in from Oblivion they were so lame in producing any interesting characters on their own).

Oh my gosh! I love this game. Every time when I see a video of the game "TES: Oblivion" I feel so nostalgic and come good memories at the same time. I would like to forget all those scenes, dialogs, NPCs missions and world to experience this adventure again.

@@budakbaongsiah Bethesda didn't make ESO. It was farmed out to another company I read. I can't play it on my laptop but that is what I read in some forums. And yes Wes Johnson's Sheogorath was the best let alone all the other voices he did. And the Arena Announcer was right up his alley since he was/is (?) the arena announcer for the Washington Capitols in the NHL.
