Put silencers on bolt action and hide several around your base. Make sure to have a viewing gallery on your second floor so you can see where the corpses are piling up from people trying to recover their stuff. When you see two or three bodies in one spot (more or less) then you go out to loot them. Run around naked and pretend to be scared of the sicko who is silently sniping everyone for bonus points.
