This is what happens when you don't go to school, children! My dog is way, way smarter than these people
@chad3232132Ай бұрын
Yep. Basically 100% of sovereign citizens are poor, most of them either homeless/semi-homeless/living out of a car (which most don't have a license or registration for), almost all of them smoke, few can hold a job, and make numerous other poor life choices. Unfortunately, that is the recipe for people latching onto the sovereign citizen cult. They find out about that crap online or in jail and it seems like an answer to all their poor life choices - just pretend the government is fake and the laws don't apply to them and magically life is so much easier!
@chad3232132Ай бұрын
And yeah, dogs are MUCH smarter. They tend to have much better survival skills than sovcits.

@@SeamsToCultivateDignity The word understand means to comprehend, to grasp the meaning of what was said. It doesn't matter if you agree to the charges. The charges have been made and you have to deal with them, the ywill proceed regardless. Wow, talk about dumb.

Look up judge Brantley Clark of Florida. Lots of videos of his interactions with sovereign citizens. He stops them dead in their tracks the second they try ANY sovcit arguments, holding them in contempt if they keep trying it. Always annoys me when judges waste half an hour or more of the court's time, trying to correct them and argue with them. If any licensed attorney started making sovcit arguments in court, that person would be sanctioned and held in contempt, so I don't know why many judges tolerate it from people representing themselves.

"how aggressive and threatening your officers was" The police don't work for the court. How hard is it to understand this? Two very separate branches here.
@chad3232132Ай бұрын
Sovereign citizens largely think the government is one big, all encompassing entity. Most think the government is a corporation, don't understand what separation of powers are, and don't understand the difference between state courts and federal courts. When they see police officers, they tend to think they work for an illegal corporation disguised as the U.S. government. The sovereign citizen movement is a cult.

Half of these idiots have no real knowledge or commitment to their sovereign "beliefs". For them it usually begins when they've lost their license for a DUI or habitual traffic offenses and they went looking for a "loophole" and found all this other related stuff. So much time could be saved if judges had a bare minimum of education in the sovcit movement. They simply need to say "comprehend," cz sovcits -- even those who are sane and intelligent -- have been conned into thinking "understand," in law, means accepting the court's authority over them.
