I was still a baby when Mr Obote was a president but from this interview, i dont think he was wise to call Mr Museveni a refugee. see we need to think Africans. we used to be one big country called Africa till colonialists came and divided us. Mr Museveni was born in Uganda, raised in Uganda, studied from Uganda, took up his first job after university as a research assistant in presidents office, worked hard to defeat dictator Idi Amin etc. he contested as a president in 1980,,,really Obote wasnt fair at this. well if u follow president Museveni's legacy now, he is not only a Ugandan president but an African Hero
