OBS Chevy NorCal Fender Trim

Just a video giving you guys my recommendations and showing you what the fender trim looks like on mine. No way to do it as clean on OBS chevys as on 99-06s but I can do a decent job! Message me if you need any pointers

Hey so your right about not being many videos on norcaling an obs, but from what ive seen, trucks with at least a 2" level fit 20x12s, so my truck being on a 4-6" lift, I shouldnt have any issues fitting a 20x12 on a 35" as long as I trim right? right? just trying to figure it out before I buy them and not have them fit for some reason

I had a leveled 96 Silverado on 20x12s and 33x12.50 and had to trim mine. With a 6” lift and 20x12 and 35s I think it would be really minimal. Probably no metal

So I’ve got some 275/65/18’s that I wanna throw on my OBS, but it’s stock height.. Would it be possible to fit them after the truck is leveled and cut like this?

Riley Bunnell yeah I think so for sure. I ran a 33x12.50 tire on a 20x12 wheel on a different 1996 Silverado and had to cut/hammer essentially the same amount as this one. And it was just leveled in the front

Sweet, it came out to like 34x11’s when I converted from metric and figured if some could run 35’s on a level then these would work but couldn’t find anyone runnin 35’s so I was a bit concerned.

Riley Bunnell is it going on a stock wheel or an aftermarket? If it’s stock it should be much of a problem at all

They’re on aftermarket wheels but they’re nothing aggressive. I bought them used so I’m not sure what type of wheel they are

Good looking truck! I have a 93 k1500 with a 3" lift, I would like to fit 35x12.5 With 15x10 wheels. Would this mod work for it?

I would say so yes. Them being 10” wide will help

I mean the wheels and tires would bolt on, but your going to have to do some fender and bumper trimming like I did to fit them. I had 20x12 and 33x12.50 on a leveled K1500 and had to trim about like on this truck

Dru Lessman you bet! It’s basically the exact same, if not even a little less trimming. The black OBS chevy on my channel if you go back a little ways was trimmed just like this and it was on 20x12 and 33x12.50 with just the keys turned up

24kJonny they were -44 offset, that’s what 95% of the 20x12 wheels are. Gear Big Blocks is what I had on my older truck with 33x12.50 and it had similar fender and bumper trimming
