OBS Chevy Truck LS Swap Project Update Part 10 No Regerts!

Starting off the new year with an old body style Chevy Silverado Stepside with an LS swap in it. Not much happening in this video but I did manage to get the front end all back together and looking like a truck again and I started to work on bleeding the brakes but then discovered that I had a broken line going to the rear which is no bueno. Project nickel and dime is starting to annoy me...

Nice work! Although my swap is a heavily modded L8T going into a 94 C1500, these videos are great! So far as I could tell there has been a wealth of real world scenarios faced and addressed in your videos. Hope I have half the success you had with this project.

Great series. I have a 95 that I started last weekend. It’s been sitting 6 years with a blown up 4.3. Constantly running into small problems and starting to add up quickly but hopefully it’ll be worth it. Lol

Nice job getting the brake system cleaned out. Check out reversion raceworks if you plan to go EFI screen or for neat OBS upgrade parts.

I put a 100 miles a day on my 95 chyenne v6 5spd . 215k on the motor .

Good job. You clear.up a lot of questions that I had. I have a 89 Silverado stepside that I'm doing a ls swap on. You sure built up my confidence to do my own harness. Do you have the number of the guy that did your tune.
