1999-2010 Seats. No wiring harness, you'll have to build your own power/ground circuit.

Making mudflap brackets would be nice, some states require us to have them like up here in Washington we’re required to have them if the tires stick out from the body.

Husky Liners makes front floor mats that are application specific for these trucks.
