Great video. I remember playing Firepower on my uncle's computer some time in 1992-1993. It was on Windows, I think. He had a bunch of fun games that were of that time, like Alone in the Dark, Commander Keen, and a Die Hard game that was sort of an action/adventure title that might even have had some basic rpg features. I remember having a hard time trying to figure out how to pick up a gun from a dead enemy. Thanks for the video, btw.

@@OldAndNewVideoGames I remember Die Hard trilogy, for the Playstation (and Saturn I think), from around 1995 or so. This one was significantly older than that, probably late 80s, very early 90s. And it had a more Final Fight looking setup, but more primitive looking, and it didn't play like Final Fight at all, since it was more of an action/adventure game. I'll see if I can look it up. Edit: I must be wrong. There is a Die Hard game from 92' that was on DOS and Amiga, but its a virtua cop type shooter game. It must've been another action movie computer game rendition.

@@diegofloor Well then, I always say that the best Amiga today is a PC. So emulation is the way to go if you wanna jump in and just check some games out. When you start collecting, then's the time to get a real one. It's pretty easy to emulate, and configure the software for it. I have a video on it on my channel. It's a very old one, so really rough, but everything said in it still stands correct. :)

Yeah you absolutely must play Flood, the weapons are so much fun (grenades especially) and the whole game is so French and cute, it's briiliant. Top ten Amiga game for me.

NGL Pegasus is right up my alley 2:15:57. You give a guy a sword and a really intricate set of armor im in. You put that badass knight on the back of a flying horse like theseus I am showing up ready to rock.

I am halfway through Traps and treasures, finished Deliverance, Ben E Factor is on the menu as is Elf, the "menu" is presented by Amiga Forever (Highly recommended).

I'm trying to remember a game that Yatzee played on amiga that he got from a magazine cover disc in the early 90s. In it you fly or travel down a linear tunnel and have to avoid obstacles. He think it's called 'Tech no Zone' but he could be wrong. Do you know the game, by any chance?

I'm searching for an obscure Amiga game i totally forgot the name : it was a platform game with a small elf that, during his journey, you can make him knocking on the ground randomly with a small hammer to retrieve some bonus hidden pretty much everywhere in the game. Doesn't that ring any bells to you?

I don't think it's "PP Hammer" as he was using a drill... But maybe *just* "Elf"?

Also, more or less how big was the character sprite (in relation to the screen height)? What were the enemies if there were any? What was the point of the game and what you needed to do to complete each level? Anything else that may be imporant?

@@OldAndNewVideoGames sorry lad I forgot to answer you. I was 8 so I don't remember those details. The only point I remember apart that the main character was a small elf with a pointy hat, is just that what I said before. The bonuses were poping out of the ground while the elf was knocking on the ground. It's sounds like a dream llol.

When I had my amiga back in the day i used to play a game where you were a soft of computer hacker and had to upgrade your hardware and software and would also navigate a world wide web in the form of a grid. any chance you know the name of this old game?
