Damn! I haven't seen Mimi and the mites in YEARS, all I remember is that I got stuck in the same level forever and never knew how to progress other than skipping to the next level, and still being unable to finnish a single challenge lol. Lovely to find this game again!

You're older now. You can do it! And if you can't, we'll blame it on terrible game design. ;) Seriously though, I did found some of those brain teaser games to be easier today, and arcade ones more difficult than they were. So, perhaps it's similar to you. :)

@@OldAndNewVideoGames Yeah agreed, you come to understand many of these games were made more for grownups to play, I think. I may try this game again someday just to see how better I understand its things. I was more patient as a kid but I have more wisdom now to counterbalance :)

Hi, do you happen to know a game that, as far as i remember was called "Ascent"? it was a 3D game in first person where the first level, was jumping on some floating platforms avoiding a floor of lava. It was not the well known "Descent" but the graphics where similar

In my country we say gudars Skymning! It means dusk of the gods and is used like for gods sake or for havens sake! It can also be used to show surprise often in a negative sense

Soccer Kid, never heard about this game. But I had Marko`s Magic Football on the Game Gear, which is based on the Genesis version. A rather unknown game with some pretty graphics. Now i wonder if they blatantly stole the concept because it is virtually the same game.

Soccer Kid and Marco are by two different devs, all of them other than Soccer Kid's Amiga and DOS outings, ended up on all the consoles of the time. SK was a little under a year earlier, but from a closer inspection it looks like they were made independently in time for the World Cup, and the uncanny similarities are just a coincidence.
