This reminds me of psychedelic experiences and also when they found the Dead Sea scrolls in a cave , they found the Book of Enoch and in there they described spirit entities or fallen angels as “the watchers” .

I have seen them. I did look them in the eyes. Whatever I saw saw so terrifying I only remember a shadow. I was 8 years old. I saw it in full detail but I only recall a shadow. I told everyone the next day I saw a monster but since I was 8 nobody believed me. That memory will stay with me forever.
