I’m so here for the talk about OCD. I have that but it comes out in excessive counting. I go up by multiples of 3 or 6 and my brain won’t stop it even when I want to shut it down. I’ve been on meds that help it (the meds are for something else but they just help with OCD tendencies). I’ve also been so someone who gets obsessed with things more than the normal person. Here’s to say I am loving this podcast
