Nice content. Will be watching more. Just for your information, we usually don’t let women who had two previous caesareans would not normally be allowed to labour. And if they are stubborn and insist, then hopefully anaesthetics would be warned earlier. The risk of placenta implantation diseases will of of cause depend on the location. Women with anterior placenta and previous 2 caesars are more at risk (we usually get more scans to be sure, MRI if low placenta) but if the placenta was fundal or posterior, then that risk is minimal.

Great video! What do you do..if after your spinal in c section, you have a bp drop patient is symptomatic ( nausea, sweating), you have already maxed out on Ephedrine (30mg in total as repeated bolus of 3mg) and you do not have either Aramine nor phenlyeprine... Im asking this since in our setup we only have ephedrine.... thanks
