The heaven stand fall off was CRAZY like mid rework realese it was still very good and balanced but update after update it got worse to the point were specs were so unevenlgy balanced it was just who has better spec and who had big aoe dmg move first since but at hakari release they completly removed that gauge feature which was keeping the game a lil balanced the global cooldown was also removed which let the ultimate attack spammers run rapid in heaven stand now u cant go a second without getting hit by a ult attack i also think ppl use ult attack bc new heaven stand combat sucks conclusion heaven stand has been ruined solution bring back old heaven stand and continue from there if u read this thx
