I thought it meant “My Rooftop” since i listened to it first, and that’s when it came out.

I have 2 theories about this song. The first being I realized it on the fourth time I listened, after she mentioned "this was an opportunity missed." On the first 'person' she tried to stop. It was probably her past selfs all the other people she saved had her traits. "Braided hair, short petite girl, YELLOW CARDIGAN. Etc." The second being when the first thing that came to my mind when I listened to it for the first was she was probably the therapist, she successfully stopped the other people from killing themselves. But when she failed to save "the girl in the yellow cardigan" she felt extremely depressed. She then followed after the girl because she had failed to save her. (Ps. In another animatic I watched the girl in the yellow cardigan ended her life.) Now listening back I highly believe that she was talking to her past selves trying to stop them. But in the end she just couldn't hold the burdens anymore. She ended up killing herself

Indeed what you said are almost right..but for the killing herself part..I don't know tho.. Ok.. it's because there is music video called 'diary of underage observation' which is by Kurage P (the same person who makes My R)..if you watch the music video..you can see that there is a girl who observe everything happened on some person (the person also have their own music video) and one of them being My R girl..at there you can confirm that she really talked to herself not someone else..The lyrics sounds like "A girl talking to herself on the rooftop. Muttering with a blank look on her face" and at the end of the video..you can see the girl finally confront the My R girl before she jumped off the roof I recommend watching that music video.. again it's called Diary of underage observation Sorry if this too long😅

Killing yourself can affect those who love you, those who still care.
