OC PMV collab • Dinosaurs In Love

Little Moonkit sings with her dad Midnightstar about love and loss. She recently lost her mom, her big brother ran away and it's not easy for a kit to understand why she couldn't say goodbye to either of them.

This was a spontaneous but super duper fun collab with my dearly beloved friend Kass/Kasscabel! They did this delightful storyboard during a patreon discord stream and we agreed to finish it together! She did the beautiful linework and storyboard, I colored and drew the background (inspired by illustrated children's books!). I think it turned out so so so cute I love these 2 sm and it was also so much fun drawing our ocs together for the outro too!!

For those who do not recognise these OCs they're members of Horizonclan (same as Magpiewing), Midnightstar is the leader! Although little focus will ever fall on this clan, these will make a return in the future as they're tied to important starclan lore!

Midnightstar and Crowingheart design are so similar, that show how much the expressions are so important in a character, well Crowingheart transmits fear and discomfort while Midnightstar is the contrary. He transmit good vibes and trust

Horizonclan's leader has star in his name. Does that mean the cats that did not continue on and so became Horizonclan are considered the true clan by Starclan, instead of the split being equal when the original clan split into Horizon and Corvid? Tho ig that depends on if Midnightstar got lives from Starclan or not
