A yorkshire batter mix I have used for years, 4 heaped tablespoons of plain flour, a pinch of salt add a little milk and 2 eggs and beat add more milk to take the mixture up to 10 fluid ounces and beat out lumps. I make 15 mins in advance. Heat oil in a fairy cake or muffin cake tin in an oven gas 7, it should be really hot Pour in the mix and put in the oven for about 18 mins Ovens vary , I get 12 out of this quantity.😋
