They're from the hylian modding actor pack along with rats, the pull switch, pols voice and various other things. So any hack can have them. Pumpkin tower even ported them to MM

The original pineapple pizza had thin ring slices of pineapple on them. They would get roasted while in the pizza oven and get dry and crispy. Most pineapple pizza nowadays is just big chunks of canned pineapple, which has a worse texture and is soggy.

Dungeon maps and mini maps are the hardest thing to add. With current tools it's basically just a mess of numbers you have to mess with. Ideally someone would make tools that generate the maps for you.
