Ocasio-Cortez speaks out about migrant conditions at US border

A prominent US congresswoman says women detained at the Mexican border were forced to drink from toilets after their sinks stopped working.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spoke out after she visited detention centres, describing the Trump administration's border policy as "needlessly cruel".
Vice President Mike Pence has been to assess the conditions there for himself - saying the border protection force are 'doing a good job' but lack resources.
