used to be able to control your heating and aircon from the room computer thermostat but now they turn the heating of in the hotel if at all they may put heating on in the winter at 3am in the morning to save on heating bill ,,

Thanks for sharing your experience and appreciate the hotel temperature isn't great in the winter. Best to take this up with the hotel directly to see what alternative options they can offer, e.g. an oil or fan heater to help warm up the room

Gym is good, it has weight training equipment, bikes & running machine etc

we stayied in this hotel in march on arriving the TV was broke the sink plug was broke and all week it rained we asked the hotel 4 times to put the heating on and they didnt. i had to wear my jeans and bobble hat in bed. instead of them putting the heating on we was offered extra blankets ... my mum is 84 years old and it wasnt plesant for her the cold.... in the breakfast and dinner room there is a microwave to heat your food up as there is no hot plates.. we had to phone down almost every day for our room to be cleaned.... it was not a plesant stay i doubt we will stay in this hotel again they are just out to give you as less as possible to get profit

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like a frustrating stay, especially with the broken TV and lack of heat! Can't imagine how uncomfortable it must have been, particularly for your mom. Hopefully, the hotel will take your feedback into consideration to improve things for future guests. For anyone else considering this hotel, it might be worth checking recent reviews to see if these are ongoing issues or an isolated incident.

@@RockyEarthGuy we stayied at christmas and they didnt put the heating on till 3am in morning it was cold then in room. but march a whole week of rain very cold we asked 4 times for them to put heating on and they didnt. previous times we been we had the choice in the room if we wanted air condition or heat. i think they are just trying to save money on gas

If I remember correctly, breakfast was around 7.30am-10.30am, although feel free to validate with the hotel directly if needed.
