Take your alcohol torch and flame it. The last place i worked at my boss hated for me to make mine look like a piece of art. Matter fact he would set up a case and ,and set 2 different front teeth ,and both having different shades and send it off to try and tarnish my reputation, and he would hide my tools that i was absolutely use to , so i couldnt make my cases top notch. I broke my heart that i was forced out over Jealousy. Anyway you do beautiful work.

good but if u take out the occlussion rim to the cast, the base plate will shrink becoz of heating with carver. this may cause problem.
@dr.stephanielomelid.d.s7 жыл бұрын
Shehana Lagoy resin distorts at 180 degrees. The heat produced by the spat 31 is not enought to cause distortion. The main concern is removing the record base when it is still hot immediately after curing or heating it with the hand piece when it has just finish curing.

Thank you Dr......Could you confirm the width measurement of the final occlusal upper and lower rims ( anterior, canine & molar areas) ? because you mentioned 8 mm all around... also when you place the tape to on the occlusal surface, do we need to place it in the middle ? and which side need to reduce more to reach the required width ?

And the Dentist who only wrote the prescription sells the denture to the patient 5 times more. Example: Dentist pays $450.00 & Patient pays $2,600 I remember when my Dad went straight to where a friend of his sent him. Password Three slow knocks + a short whistled. Silence, 2 short knocks and yell out loud Margarita on the rocks (twice). The door opened, quickly in, door shut, great job, big savings 😃
@hak1qwerty8325 жыл бұрын
this is in what country the price of a removable prosthesis 2600 dollars ? in Russia Dagestan costs a maximum of $ 150. and this is their full cost.and I'm ready to do them around the clock for $ 200.

Hi. The doctor spent years to study dental medicine and not just some random job anybody can have as quick as possible. Dentists usually don't charge by the procedure or material used but how they made the procedure correctly and safely for the patient and for the license also. You can't just fabricate a complete denture without knowing how to set the teeth properly, festooning, articulating, impression taking, correct VDO-VDR, centric jaw relation, health status of the patient, past medical history of the patient, past dental history, instructions on how to take care of the denture etc..

Dentures are not made of wax! this is the bite registration block it is used to mark things like centre line, smile line and canine line as well as centric relation. The teeth are them set up in wax, the whole thing encased in plaster in a flask and the wax boiled out, acrylic is then placed where the wax was and set over night, then ta da!! Dentures are ready to trim. 😀
