Sir, My builder has received Part OC for my building. But he is saying that water connection will take 15 days. But he is not ready to give it in writing. And he is forcing us to take possesion and saying that whether you take possession or not he will start charging us for all amenities after a month. What can i do in this case? Is it legal to charge a home buyer with Part OC when water connection is not received

Nice information. But unfortunately many owners occupy the flat when asked by builder without even getting OC. This needs to change. Authorities also should not be allowing such movements. Many times this "chalta hai" attitude overrides the policy made by lawmakers. Unfortunate but it's the truth.

Sir we signed allotment letter in September. We agreed to bought landlord's share from builder. But now registration process is getting delayed. And builder giving reason "this is legal validations and it might take time". Also we came to know that OC also just been recieved 2-3 days back. And also owner called us to come there places. But we are bit worried.( Might be landowner thinking to earn GST as OC received now) We are not sure, what would be good for us and how to go with now. And what are the points to keep in mind. How to get aware of the wrong things that might happen.

Yes, OC is a very important document which must be taken. Buyers have the right to take a legal action if developers don't provide the OC.

Sir maine ek flat dekha hai jo 7th floor par hai and building ke 5th floor tak OC hai but 6th and 7th floor ki OC nahi hai... Broker bol raha hai and Owner bol raha hai ki OC mil jayegi Because 5th floor tak ki part OC mili hai ... 15/02/2012 me owner ne construction cost pay Kiya hai jiska society ke naam pe receipt hai. But Part OC By Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ki taraf se Mahada ke logo ke sath stamped date sep 2021 ki hai.. To kya ye 7th floor par ka flat le lena chahiye?? Because part OC 17th September 2021 me mila hai 5th floor tak to 6th and 7th ka bhi mil sakta hai OC?? Because complete OC nahi hai us par part OC he likha hai..

I'm looking for apartment to buy in Bangalore. There is an apartment for resale with attractive price. However, there is no OC available. The builder has taken the plan approval for 1 and 2 BHK but built 2 and 3BHK. The construction was completed in October 2008. Can I buy that apartment?
