I am having a weird version of scrupulosity which kills me ultimately, its that I have intrusive emotions, when I am nervouss, think something is a sin, want to repent, want to thank God, want to do anything that has any kind of bigger emotions attached to it, I feel that I am angry at God but I am not, and so this destroys me totally to the point where I cant listen to a school homework and not stop a video on like 2-3 minutes and than pray and than I laugh at some terrible blasphemious thoughts in my head since my mental health isnt good now and I just cant resist, anyone knows any help, any but literally any would be helpful since this is killing my faith health and mind
