Be careful , FL-170 form has been revised , latest form is Jan. 17, 2020. Section 5 now has boxes a,b,c,d not a,b,c as he mentioned

Hello, what if the child resides in a different state, and the jurisdiction falls under that state? Do I still fill out all of the child support sections even though they won't be applied, or do I leave them blank?
