These guys are pretty big now, but don’t understand why there are not like mega, massive, world wide superstars. Every song is a banger, guitar solos on par with Pink Floyd, Eagles, Led Zepp. If you go see them live they sound exactly like the recordings, which many bands struggle with - it’s so crisp, it’s so clean. It’s also refreshing and contemporary, not a niche corner of ‘rock music’ but something that perfectly blends bits of all our favourite styles into one jammy bliss. Then you listen to the radio and hear such garbage acts rising the ranks to Glastonbury slots or sellout stadiums… and I wonder what is happening to the world! Anyone got any other great bands that are a must do? I just saw War on Drugs (also amazing), but need more OCEAN ALLEY in life!
