Exactly .check in is 3pm lucky when I went to Royalton hideaway that’s next to riu I got a room soon as I arrive around 12:00 but I was expecting 3:00 pm or later , I had a blast no regrets

Check-in for resorts/hotels are 3pm. How they lose a star cuz you arrived at 10am without requesting or paying for early check-in

they defiantly are but I've been to many places and have always been able to get a early check in. that's just my own personal bias that's all. plus seeing ppl that came after us checked in also didn't help but what can I do 🤷🏾‍♂

Dont waste your money.3 star billed as a 5 star, Customer Service /Bulter service is a JOKE on the ADULT side. Safety is in your own hands. Had a couple entered my room 2333 with a key on the Coral Spring side. Paid for a Privilege Ocean view and given a Pool side room which smell like DEATH on the Coral Spring side. Contact Corporate in Spain , no actions taken. visit 19-25 May 2024. PLUS: Resturants are great
