Great tribute. I mainly watched the Aquaman movie for its villains. I thought Ocean Master was a pretty good antagonist. And this was a great song choice for him. Good work. Also, I almost forgot to mention this but I love how you improved the framing of the video!

While not scary, the way Ocean Master's helmet's eyebrows moves when he says "scorch" in "Tomorrow, we scorch the surface," is creepy.

One of the best villains in the DCEU, he had a great motivation for what he did and made for an awesome nemesis to Arthur/Aquaman. Great video once again Arkham, keep it up please! By the way, do you intend to do any "final" tributes for any of the Gotham characters since the finale's already come and gone? Just a question!

Yes i want , but unfortunatly i can’t anymore acess to the series in english, so i have to wait to have the material on my country: so Arrow , Flash , Gotham ecc.. will be all done after July. Probably i will do more than 1 video at the week.

I heard Ocean Master is great in the comics but I haven’t actually read any stories with him so I don’t know for sure. I actually feel like the YJ version had the potential to be the best version but then they wound up doing absolutely nothing with him.

Great Goblin Potential is just that, potential. In the grand scheme of things, he was just wasted in YJ.

@@CromesKingdom Tbh you can say that for a lot of the villains from that show. I love YJ but only a handful of villains really stand out or play an important role: Vandal Savage, Lex Luthor, Queen Bee, Klarion, Psimon, Sportsmaster, Cheshire, Icicle Jr. Deathstroke, Black Manta, Mongul and Black Beetle. All the rest don't do much of anything or are just completely inconsequential in the grand scheme of things even though some of their portrayals are good.

That is one of the things I dislike about YJ. It waste as half the villains they introduce. Captain Cold, Black Adam and even the bloody Joker were wasted and didn't do anything big. Not as bad as the MCU villains but still noticeable. I am glad to hear that Ocean Master was handled well in the film and I hope someone will make a list of he best Ocean Master stories in the future.

@@tayojones9460 I think the problem with YJ is that it just has way too many villains so of course there's no way for every single one of them to shine. There was no real reason for villains like Captain Cold, Black Adam, and Joker to even appear on the show if they were just going to be used as henchmen. Though it's still nowhere near as bad as lot of the MCU villains. At least the YJ villains who do play an important role are all excellent. Maybe Mr. Rogues will make a top Ocean Master stories one day. He really surprised me when he did a Red Skull list since I had no idea he liked that character so much. I really do love the fact that he's doing top 5 best stories lists for a lot of non Bat-rogues now.

Wrong. He is king of the sea, which means he owns the fucking planet! He controls an army of warriors and controls all forms of Sea life (sharks, sword fish. Whale etc). He is a noble hero and a brave king. Seriously, it is 2019 and you still think Aquaman is useless? Have you not seen brave and the bold, JL or even the bloody Aquaman film?
