Of course it's realistic. It's a few minutes on a tape loop, with gaps for the replays and adverts intrusively effing up your relaxation and reminding you what a shit-hole the world has become.

This is the Coolest relaxation thing I ever tested before Like it's so great I almost fell asleep I was trying to put on the sound to make it like I was on a beach and I almost fell asleep I can't believe that That is just crazy to me.

I wish the sound effects were taken a little further back though. That way it would sound like you're sleeping near the ocean, not on the actual beach.
