Here are 5 UK rappers who I think are better than Ocean Wisdom. Berna Jaffro Avelino Izzie Gibbs Kano.. Ocean Wisdom is very good but he's not the best UK rapper by far. You have rappers such as Nines and Skrapz from Ice City boys. Fredo is another good rapper. Skepta and Stormzy are also top quality performers. Chip and Bugzy Malone are also on the same level as Ocean. P Money, Dot Rotten both have fast flows like Ocean Wisdom.
