You don't need a piston for the dragon egg. Hit the egg so it moves to a different block. Grab one of the torches off the pillar in the center of the portal, place it one block below the egg, then break the block under the egg so it falls onto the torch. It'll become an item entity then, just like gravel.

The cancel immunity for arrow damage is key. It lets you hit wither when hes in his immune to arrows stage. Same with enderman and dragon.

the shield does actually render, it showed it when you took the fall damage but it is not shaped like a bubble anymore, it follows the shape of your player, and the shield color is changed depending on what kind of module you put in it, so for yours should be purple, if you created the awakened module it should turn orange

Dire, you can click the ghast spawner with a wyvern core and use it to farm ghasts. You can use a cardboard box too, but with a wyvern core (or higher) you don't need to stay near the spawner.

Dire, my dude, you don't need a piston. Smack the egg off the pillar, put a torch 2 blocks under it and then dig out the block below. It'll break just like gravel.

You can collect liquid xp from mob mashers in your mob farms, the industrial foregoing machine that collects drops will also collect liquid XP. If you export it to a singularity tank then put a valve on the tank then you can have it constantly dump xp orbs on you while enchanting. It makes storing xp to be more efficient when enchanting a bit redundant. Also steal that ghast spawner and bring it back to the overworld with a mekanism box

I have never used a piston to recover the egg. I put a torch under it and when it falls on the torch it drops and can be picked up. Same as if sand or gravel falls on a torch.

Dire, you can use torch to break ender egg, cuz egg have physic like sand. Just put torch under end stone where egg is standing and break end stone. Btw on right click egg will randomly teleport nearly

If you really wanted a few extra hearts for those occasions when you are doing the blood magic thing, you could swap out one of your pieces of armor for the supremium armor and put the health boost augment on it. i think it gives an extra 5 hearts or so.

The Infinity Backpack isn't really all that good. I'd even say it's kinda garbage. The feeder is more reliable in general. In this modpack you can even easily craft a healing axe that is indestructible and will fully heal your saturation and food just by holding it, giving you basically infinite health. It's kinda stupid.

I'm excited to see what Dire thinks of the Acceleration wand that has multiple modes and can tick accelerate with only a cost of RF. He can literally put away the time in a bottle. Draconic Chestpiece can go in the Chest curio slot, so that later on you can have all the cool Mekanism modules in your future mekasuit.

AH my prediction did not come to pass... 4 Episodes later and he still has not figured out the Draconic Chest Piece can go in a Curio slot Also... you can use the torches on the portal to get the dragon egg... click once, dig under it 2 block place torch under and break block egg is on so it falls on torch.. job done, no piston necessary.

I don't know if anyone mentioned it already, but you will eventually clock up your hoppper mk system with fertalizer, once the internal puffer of the hopper mk is full with fertalizer it will not put out stuff anymore. I use the 2*2 drawers for the hopper mkk system.

I tested the potion brewer with AE2. While it does help that AE2 puts the ingredients in the brewer in the proper order, I still had to resort to using XNET to handle controlled extraction of the completed potions. I also could not use the AE2 interface's blocking mode because it detected the items in the blaze and bottle slots. Even if I disabled the blaze and bottle inputs on the side connected to the interface, crafting would not begin unless I turned off blocking mode. I even tried setting the brewer to pull blaze powder and empty bottles from the AE2 interface. The brewer is not intelligent, so it put empty bottles in the blaze powder slot and vice versa. This machine definitely needs some improvements so that it doesn't require so much external control to automate it. Yes, I know you can dedicate a brewer to each potion you want to craft, but that's just applying brute force to the issues that could be solved by the machine itself.

I pretty much copied your setup with a few tweaks. works great 99% of the time. messing with extract rates can get the inputs and 2nd crafts wonky, but it's great.

Dire when are you going to learn that you Don't Need A Piston for the dragon egg..... just place a torch beneath the block the egg is (after you've right clicked it so it moves to a breakable block) and break the block above the torch!

It's just the first tier. The draconic shield control module has a TON more space for upgrade modules. You can fit a lot more regen modules into it and regen quickly.

You can hit the ender dragon when it's above the portal. You just need to attack the taint. No I'm not joking, that is THE most reliable spot I've found to damage it. It also helps if you STOP flying when it grounds. The Ender Dragon is VANILLA and you can't fly in Vanilla. Not creative flight at least. Just get behind it and jump as you swing and you'll deal loads of damage.

i mean, you could also check out supremium weapons, theyre also pretty insane. Tho the supremium sword has something like 28 damage. If draconic evolution gear starts with that (after inserting a handful of modules), i suppose the higher tier ones are even more insane.

depends on what kind of pack you like, if you want just a kitchen sink pack then Enigmatica 6 would be good, if you are wanting a more "expert" pack then Ragnamod 6 would be good too, or if you are wanting a skyblock world then maybe SkyFactory One would be good. all good packs IMO :3
