It's even easier to trigger the crafter since the pulse it's triggered on is from the falling edge of the redstone signal, so just running redstone from the comparator works fine.

Dire, processing patterns ARE exact already. If you want alternatives there is literally a button that says "Alternatives" in the pattern grid when you click on the input for a processing craft.

Dire seriously needs to learn how the 'Lock Inputs' function of the plant sower works. His setup is more complicated than it needs to be. He could use the Xnet system to input power and transport items all via a single connection to each machine.

Dire, I love seeing those modpacks. There's an amazing modpack in creation called Ragnamod VI and it's insanely well done. It's hard, but it connects all the different mods and give you a clear progression path through the mods with high dependency. Would love to see this after OceanBlock :)

My favorite setup for the energizing orb is to use modular routers. Essentially you have one router to push stuff into the orb and one router to pull full stacks out of the orb and when something is in the router you have a redstone signal generated that Redstone signal will trigger the next crafting and also enable the importer The best part about this system is you can completely hide all the routing and wires underneath the floor

you don't need to 'enable' the importer. the importer will not import ingredients from the orb. and a comparator/repeater is sufficient to trigger the crafter.

Dire you can use a comparator on the energizing orb with a redstone transmitter on the comparator and a receiver on the autoctafter

Honestly the Energizing Orb is one of the least useful crafters in the entire pack. You only have to use it enough times to get the four seeds and then you'll never use it again for anything. Nitro Reactors are a pretty good midgame power source, though, cheap and easy to produce en masse and one Uraninite Seed and one Ice Seed in PowerPots with an RFTools Crafter and RS or AE2 subnet will produce more than enough Uraninite and Blue Ice to fuel a whole array of Reactors. They only really become obsolete once you get into Mekanism fusion with its tens of millions of RF/t.

@@noobsaibot3546 Endgame is Mekanism fusion, especially if you set it up to take both Deuterium/Tritium and D-T Fuel. You have to build the setup to manufacture D-T Fuel to complete the pack because you need a tank full of D-T Fuel for Creative Chemical, although you don't technically need to build a Fusion Reactor. Second-best after fusion is fission, and you do need to build a fission reactor to complete the pack because you need to build the Supercritical Phase Shifter and use it to manufacture several chunks of Antimatter. You can also use the Draconic Reactor, if you're willing to take the chance that your base might get vaporized.

@@couchalmark675 Mycellium reactor is also a pretty good endgame power source, but I actually find that setting it up is even more of a pain in the ass than an equivalent fusion reactor setup.

I like when Dire says "Correct me if I'm wrong" knowing full well that he does not read the comments. Plus on top of that he records 4 videos back to back. Even if someone did correct him and he actually did read the comments. Would it do any good since he asked 1 day ago but 15 videos back? What some people might not understand is, when Dire records with Soaryn and Soaryn is live streaming on Twitch, Dire makes about 6 or more videos in Soaryn's live stream. Soaryn might live stream for 4 days and the pack or project is over. Yet Direwolf made 25 videos and the last video won't be released until 21 days after the live stream ended. What does this mean? Any comments about doing something different is useless since the recording of that video was days or even weeks earlier.

In all honesty though, is it REALLY necessary to comment about other ways to do something? This guy has been making modded minecraft content for a decade, it's highly unlikely anyone is going to tell him something he didn't know. Little things like the jetpack going in the curio slot, sure, absolutely, but yelling at him because he spent 20 minutes overengineering something he could've done with a redstone torch is silly. It's just how he plays. (Not that you did any of that, obviously.)

Hey Dire, I think then if you place the energizing rod or any other item having energy inside of them in the power block from draconic, sorry I forgot the name of that block, on a side to remove power, it may empty the internal battery allowing you to auto craft upgrading a rod. An other option is to have the energizing rod recipe in doble, one using empty energy value and one with full energy value. An other idea is to create a dedicate semi manual upgrade system with the machine you have use to combine essence. If you give an energizing rod to that machine, teach it how to do the different energizing rod recipe and maintain the component it need, it may work. PS: I did suggestion in the past but you never come back on any of them. And yes, I writhed all my comment the day the video was post. I understand it may not be done in video as you try to do different thing in every video, so can you at least do a small response in the comment? TY
