Sarah my respect for you just grew greatly as you talk about modern medicine. So many people avoid getting help because, some Guru says its poison. Yes, lots of medicine is now made in a lab, but their makeup comes from nature. Yes, some are are toxic but so is many plants. We evolved and so we should embrace "modern magic" as well as those of the old.

I found it interesting you mention trees of heaven. They are gorgeous trees, however, they are so invasive where I live. I live in the high desert of New Mexico and those trees grown in almost any situations. I like the way they look, but they are tenacious when it comes to removing them. They are originally from China.
