I have been a Christian now for 55 years and it has always been a battle, it isn't easy, but I can't live without the Lord. I too run from him at times and want to live my own life, but I find time and time again it isn't "life" it is existing. But just remember he has never left you and some day all the desire to live like we want will be gone. He will make us totally new, even give us a new name. He will make us totally holy and without any desire to sin. We will be home, just keep working toward that goal and trust him even when you don't want to. Life without him isn't worth anything. I hope and pray that you are much better. Water cleans, and it can heal . A great amount of our body is water. And we live because we drink water. We cannot thrive without it . When we work out we take water with us because we loose water in activity . Water is used for Baptism , because it represents the water that we leave when we leave our mothers womb in birth . Baptism is a rebirth . That is why we must think of water.
