Jake (OAA's new vocalist) is a mate of mine and his vocals are genuinely awesome. I've only heard him in person, no mic or speakers and it's mega impressive. Don't get why he's getting a lot of abuse from people who knew their previous vocalist. The band obviously chose him for a reason as well, so I'm pretty certain none of the haters could do better.

The meaning behind the video is basically the fact that everyone is so absorbed in social media. "incarcerated between these worlds" that's basically saying they are stuck in the world on their cell phone hinting at how the people are next to each other in real life but their eyes are glued to a screen in the video.

I intepret this video as how people become obsessed with themselves in social media and they care a lot about other people's opinion that at just a slightly negative opinion drives them insane and you see a lot of that nowadays man. The song Benzaiten off this album is really amazing. The whole album is in my opinion, but especially that song.

Their album is called Hikari - japanese word for Light! And Hansha is the japanese word for reflection, so maybe that helps you interpret the video a bit. Also thier album contains a lot of japanese instruments so that is what you hear in the background of the song, making it more ambient and much more throughout the album. So cool! I Love this album so much, and hansha is deffo my fav track, also Escapist, you should check it out if you havent already! Keep up your videos man, great fun to have a look at!

It’s about how people are too drawn to their phones and don’t interact with each other anymore. The video shows that our cellphones are taking away who we really are and what makes up individuals. I'm glad u reviewed this song..a very solid piece off their new albumn. This is the first albumn with their new vocalist and he is pretty damn good. I've listened quit a bit to them. If u go back and listen to their last albumn lost isles u will see a good difference between that and their new albumn. Old vocalist had some nasty high screams that ppl think the new vocalist lacks..but personally I like the new vocalist. I think the new guys name is Jake. I like Jake's cleans and lows better than the older vocalist. Honestly I suggest listening to lost isles for the incredible drumming and guitar work. As for the new album hikari u can listen to Benzaiten if ur into the nasty lows. Definitely listen to escapist and covert my two favs of this a lbumn. Happy listening my friend.
