My niece's baby was stillborn. It wrecked our family to the core. This happening barely a year after loosing Daddy to cancer. A butterfly became our reminder of Ava. This song became the symbol for my live for my great niece. I think of her and Daddy with Jesus. It always brings tears of joy and peace. Thanks for this song my friend.

Hey David ! I just wanted you to know that starting with in christ alone so g that you sang you actually drew me more towards Jesus and God. I recently lost a dad and son in 2007 a grandmother a year before and it effected me so badly I kept a lot o anger inside me and about month and half ago I listens to your song in christ alone and I really moved me. Now this part I saw another version of this song from owl city. And they had pictures I this or that and I was not Impressed with the video until 2:43 in the song and it showed Jesus waking with alittle boy and it was like a light switch in my heart thinking about my little boy walking with Jesus. I cried so hard and I could feel all the anger inside me disappear. I ow all this to your version of the song which I still listen to every day. I want to thank you very much for helping me find and Jesus. Thank you for literally changing my life. I now go to church. THANK YOU! Now here is the kicker I recently lost my mom October 29 not a month after first listening to your song and I really don't know we're I would be if I hadn't found your song. And if you knew me you'd know how improbable me finding your song was. I can't thank you enough.

My flesh hates sufferings and pains and consistently finds ways to avoid them yet resulted in further spiritual immaturity every single time. The only way I will ever grow is to step out of the boat on to the unknown water with steady focus on our Savior one step at a time. This song hit me most when I needed it. I'm battling a p0rn addiction, and everytime I've fallen, I ask myself,"Why did I do it?" This is one of my favourite worship songs. I came across your channel because the “Evolution of Worship” video was in my recommended list. I’ve been somewhat dormant for a while & praying on what to do next. Going through your videos reminded me of why I loved singing.
