When you asked about allergies I was like "well the only allergies I have is latex" I have had botox but it was used in my bladder during a surgery I had Everytime you do the breathing in all your videos I'm always doing it with you so definitely keep doing it cause it helps me stay calm I'm definitely not a fan of needles but I'm doing better with them and not crying as much as I used to like when I was younger

For future fyi: inject the amount of mL with air into the vial in order to withdraw the desired/needed solution inside the vial. Pressures equalize in the end and you'll have no issues and no spray.
