To anyone missing the double time - he just said in an IG story that this album won’t necessarily have as much double time we are all used to. He said now wasn’t the time to be making music for people to get live to in clubs, and he wanted to make music that fits the times. He also said that he still has plenty of stuff planned for when the world is ready for his double time, though. As a big OW fan, it’s obviously a little sad to not see him hit full speed, but I’m really excited for him to get to show off his versatility. You don’t become the best in the game as a one trick pony. Real ones know his well-rounded ability, but it sounds like this album might be the world’s turn to learn.
