OCR FSMQ Additional Mathematics (New Spec) | Lesson 8: Polynomial Division

Hello and welcome to CaptainGoodspeed Maths. I will be taking you through PowerPoints to help you with your OCR FSMQ Course. This is a course that I've taught in the past and actually uploaded videos for the old spec over on my main channel (CaptainGoodspeed) with thousands of views every exam season. With the new spec starting in July 2018, I thought this would be the perfect time to update and rerecord the lessons as well as add in the new topics such as Recurrence Relationships and Logarithms!

I don't unfortunately, from past experience with FSMQ they don't give you a lot of formulae so your best bet is to learn them all really

Great video, but i think division by inspection is usually the preferred method for polynomial division

It's not generally, polynomial division is the way it's taught at most school for Further Maths GCSE and A-Level
