I believe Argentina has the USD as an alternate official currency / legal tender -- some Argentinians even get paid in USD. didn't the Argentinian gov't just pass a law making it illegal to accept payments in crypto? So, no surprise that their crypto adoption is relatively slow (and being impeded) since they are married to the relative "stability" of the USD which is losing value slower than their native currency.
