@NuMoominba whats your soundcloud link????....i used to use ocatamd when i was about 13 some guys who used to run a pirate radio station a lot older than me introduced me to it and i found out that a lot of jungle producers were using it at that time...it was amazing and inspired me to focus on music to this day!!! this is really highly produced taking into consideration the limitations of octamed...the fucking two channels out of one speaker and other two out the other used to blag me!!!

Hey mate. I’m desperate for some help. I’ve posted a video on my profile and I’m trying to find a sample and failing. I loaded a sample one of my old libraries (maybe ST pack) and didn’t save and I’ve spent two weeks trying to find it again without success. Please help hahahah
@AmigaJunglism2 жыл бұрын
What sample is it?
@Milesyamiga2 жыл бұрын
@@AmigaJunglism it’s a female vocal snippet. It comes in at the end of the video. You and mikey are the only two people on here that I think have a good idea of knowing it from one of the packs. I can’t figure out why I can’t find it again hahah

are these samples stored in the amiga memory ? or are they just being triggered in the sampler
@AmigaJunglism7 жыл бұрын
GEIST Yes, all samples are played back from the amigas memory. No external sampler. Think it just about fitted on a floppy disk.
@riskybusiness807 жыл бұрын
which cartridge did you use, im looking to get the techno turbo sound and its accompanying software, i think octamed is easy enough to my hands on, ive been wanting to use my amiga like this since 94 !!!

Where did you get samples back then? I guess you didn't own synths to record from if you were 15.

Ozego mainly rave tapes and the odd record or two. Even sampled from the tv a few times.

Nice eerie Amiga track! I used an A1200 with Octamed between 1994/2004. Then I had to sold the machine, but just got a new one (an A1200 from 1994, but new!). At the moment I'm preparing a CF to use as a HD (the new A1200 came with no HD). But using DOpus I could open a floppy with an old track I created on the A1200 in that time. Check it out: instagram.com/marcelobadarimusic Cheers!
